The hotel is a dream come true for all. Kids enjoyed every second of their stay. The room and the facilities are all catered to the little ones.
The pool and the gym were also fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and provided my kids with everything they needed to have fun at the pool. The kids club was also well equipped. The breakfast was spectacular and offered a wide variety of Chinese and western food. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and it will be our home from now on in Hangzhou.

The staff at Rose Garden are truly very friendly, helpful n well trained. Great breakfast spread n a great outdoor swimming ppol/garden/natural pond n forest at e back. They hv peacocks, swans n nature walk, playground tat is great for kids

Excellent garden that looks like Botanical Gardens with full condo and amenities that family both young and teenagers would like. Highly recommended for families
