The first solution given by the duty manager: There must be no air conditioning tonight because the property turned off the air conditioning and they didn't have the key. They opened the all-season hotel next to us for one night for us to stay (she paid the room fee herself). The second solution: You can refund the room fee for one night, but we have to leave the hotel immediately. Is this a solution given by a hotel duty manager to guests? ? ? The third solution: We are traveling together, so the room fee is 30% off. I also called Ctrip to complain, but the police were there at the time, so we can only negotiate now. At 00:35 am on 5/3, there was still no result. The police left, and the manager on duty said that we could only get a 30% discount anyway, so we went back to the room. During this period, Ctrip customer service kept communicating with me by phone. On 5/3 and 5/4, Ctrip complained to customer service and they kept communicating with me. In the end, Ctrip paid for one night's room fee itself, and the hotel did not make any compensation, saying that our friends who were traveling together had already received compensation on behalf of our five families. I think this is funny. The hotel did not ask the parties involved, and just handled it like this. Finally, the duty manager admitted in front of the police that the air conditioner in the room was not turned on. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the duty manager regretted that the room could not be sold and did not agree to change to the All Seasons Hotel with the check-out fee. The whole process was inconsistent. It was a very annoying hotel. Don't stay in this hotel. Fortunately, Ctrip handled it well.
