The front desk was very warm and thoughtful, the hotel rooms were clean and hygienic, especially the hotel lobby had a strong atmosphere and artistic atmosphere. I will come again next time. It is right at the subway entrance, 2 stops away from the West Lake subway station. After dinner in the evening, you can walk over to Hefang Street.

The implementation is outdated. The single room was upgraded to a standard room for free without consent, and the window of the standard room is next to a building.

Facilities: Although it is decorated in the old style, the hygiene is still good. It is close to the ophthalmology department of Zhejiang Second Hospital and the transportation is also convenient.

The room facilities are old, and the bed squeaks when you turn over. The carpet is very dirty, especially between the two beds. The room faces west. We arrived in the afternoon, and the air conditioner could not be turned on. The room was like an oven. I called the front desk, and the waiter came over and said: "I don't know what to do. They turned off the fresh air system and just turned it on now. You can't cool it down even if you turn on the air conditioner." Before going to bed at night, it was still very hot and stuffy. I called the front desk and they told us that there was a small window in the corner of the floor-to-ceiling glass that could be opened. The toilet and bathtub in the bathroom also looked yellowed. The only good thing is that it is very close to the subway city station.

It's very good and convenient. There is a supermarket and Chinese restaurant downstairs. It's not expensive to take a taxi to all the attractions. There is a subway 500 meters away. Remember to order takeout and have the famous Meiling porridge, it's so delicious!

The location is very convenient and check-in is convenient and simple. We arranged to check in at around 10 am. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the waiter's attitude was very good. Several requests were quickly resolved. The breakfast was cost-effective and the variety was decent. Overall satisfied!

Very elegant hotel with good value for money. The lobby is very large with nice sofas to sit on. The location of the property is convenient because not only is it close to the metro station but with a twenty minute walk you can reach one of the banks of West Lake. The room is quite large and was very clean and so was the bathroom. The shower products in the bathroom smelled great. Inside the hotel next to the elevators there is a small shop that is always open to buy food products. Attention: before handing over the room, this hotel wanted a deposit of around 45 euros which was not advertised on the regulations section of the site even though I had already paid the entire sum in advance.

We are traveling, I think this price is very cost-effective. And the subway station is nearby, very convenient. After entering the room, I feel it is very spacious, and I am very satisfied with it overall 😀
