This hotel was incredible. Conveniently located near the XiXi wetlands south gate metro stop, you can't miss it. The decor was modern and stylish and the rooms were lavish. I had been looking for a comfortable place to rest near XiXi and ended finding a wonderful retreat in the wetlands.

🏨來西溪濕地必須要住的一家酒店！誰懂？
出門就是地鐵站🚇距離才500米！步行就能到～
服務：服務超級好！進門小姐姐都很熱情，而且是全自動辦理，機器出卡，超級炫酷！
環境：大廳真的很藝術！這個酒店的設施很新很齊全，還有私人管家滿足需求！需要浴球、充電器之類的的話直接和前台小姐姐説就可以幫忙提供！
隔音：隔音效果挺好的！基本關上房間門就是自己一個人的世界，超級沉浸式體驗！還可以花錢去買紅酒，誰能在落地窗户旁邊喝紅酒的feeling！
衞生：很乾凈！早餐也很乾凈好吃（๑´ڡ`๑）！最值得一提的是衞生收拾的很快，本來點外賣垃圾有點多！叫了服務員晚上收拾房間，立刻就搞定了！
設施：凱格概念房真的很值得！超級大的陽台，採光一級棒！還能遠遠望到西溪濕地的景色，這個房間400多在這附近已經算低價買最好服務了！
所以，下次一定還來住！

酒店在西溪濕地周家村入口對面，因修地鐵，開車需要繞五六分鐘能到，酒店地下停車場大，可以免費停車。因疫情，酒店檢查的很嚴格，還要拍照簽字，這樣很好，讓出行的我們住着也安心。酒店的房間很大，兩張床，1.8米、1.5米帶娃住很寬敞，窗台邊還有一個小台，兩個圓圓的蒲團，坐着喝茶很愜意，早餐是套餐清爽量足。

酒店格局是單獨的一座小院，很幽靜。馬路對面就是西溪濕地景區啦，特別方便。房間裝修風格新穎，有健身房、棋牌室，當然還有美味、愜意的下午茶。恩，下次出差還選這家。推薦。

房間挺好的，很新也比較温馨。但是服務真的爛爆了。入住的前台小哥各種搞不清情況。早上要熨衣服，説是酒店沒有熨衣鬥。what？你一個四星的酒店連熨衣鬥都沒有！又説是可以去公寓自助熨衣，到四樓卻根本找不到。告訴我熨衣房取消了！表示了憤怒之後，前台也衹有默默，連安撫客人都不做的。戒指忘在酒店，打電話告知了，算是一個加分吧，但是包裝真是無語了，閃送回來是一個塑料袋裝的，連個信封都沒有。窮成這樣嗎？

服務:住房服務態度很好，前台小姐姐熱情温柔。住房時服務也很到位。住了兩天，第二天及時更換床單和牙具。
環境:房間很乾凈，床品也很舒適。在西溪濕地對面，空氣很清新。酒店裡也很整潔。
餐廳裏飯菜也很好吃，服務很到位。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑運動設施。
在地鐵口兩百米不到，交通也很便利。
總之，這是家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適。假期期間價格也不太高，和朋友住的很舒服。

服務態度極差，到了晚上酒店就降價了，發現了還不退差價，酒店衞生也不好，退房才發現床上有污漬，點個外賣明明有三個機器人説機器人壞了，外賣員不讓上來，還要自己下去拿，酒店最基本的服務禮儀都沒有，什麼都沒有，什麼也不提供，空調效果也不好，衞生間是透明的，鏈子也沒有，下次再也不去了

房間很乾凈，落地大窗，採光棒棒的，被褥乾淨沒有異味，一進房間可以感受到滿滿的陽光。洗漱用品都是獨立包裝，必須贊一個。衞生間淋浴間分離，棒👍🏻。服務人員態度很好，注意事項都會提示到位，妥妥的滿分
