Bad bad bad bad bad! This is the first time I write a negative review, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. . My attitude was not very good when I checked in, and I had room upgrade service, and I kept saying that there was no such thing, saying that I was talking nonsense, and I didn't know if I was upgraded in the end, the room was really bad. I can't imagine that if it is really promoted, it will still be so bad. It turns out how bad the so-called boutique housing is. Then the sanitation is not good at all, it is too dirty, and the sheets are not clean with many small black spots, maybe bug corpses. After sleeping, the face touched the pillow for a while, and the whole face became allergic. . . Really broken. The room is also very small, you can't even walk, it's 20 square meters. . In short, the living is really broken, it is impossible to come again

This time I upgraded my room. I made this decision because I wanted to see the livehouse, and I decided to stay here before, very close. I didn't go out until 20:00 for the 20:30 performance.

下單之前看了不少差評，差點就放棄這裏了，後來發現每個酒店都有差評，總不能不住吧，還是要自己去感受一下。我們訂的是一個家庭房，衞生可以，乾乾淨淨，中央空間不錯，窗外風景也不錯，交通方便，離地鐵侯潮門站也近，導航幾步路，老闆熱情親切。對了，樓頂還有洗衣機和晾曬衣服的地方，我們是晚上洗的衣服，早上退房發展還沒幹，就跟老闆説我們先退房，把行李寄存在那裡，然後中午來收樓頂上的衣服，老闆表示完全沒問題，還幫我們準備了N多個晾衣架，我們大小5口人，衣服實在太多了。個人感覺對的起這個價位，總體還可以，本次兩個大人帶三個孩子，沒計劃好，來去匆匆，下次再來玩的時候還會住這裏，主要是離西湖雷峯塔較近，公交兩站地就到了。今天一天都在瘋狂趕路，拖家帶口的沒來得及拍照，那就放一張昨晚給孩子拍的照片吧，見諒！

總體一般，不過這個價位也不要奢求太好的品質了…主要問題還是在服務上吧，態度確實不太好，不過提出的問題最後也算解決了…最關鍵的還是男士們的態度問題，能改善一下溝通方式就會更好～

一點點都不建議住，一樓房間有黴味，被褥也很潮。讓老闆換個二樓的，老闆一直説二樓沒房，不給換，看了下平台上二樓還是有房間掛着的
