Hotel room was clean, hotel staffs provided good service. The location is good as it is near to the shopping mall (yin tai - big shopping mall).

Miss Zhu who drove us around the West Lake provided excellent service and explanation of the areas we visited. The service was excellent in helping us bringing our luggage to the room as well!

The location of the hotel is great and the service is excellent. The lady serving 8F (Ms. Feng) was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very well located for travellers. I normally stay in 4 to 5 star. This is an entry level 4 star but is soundproof, solid, clean and quality. It has a really good feel and after 11 nights over 2 stays, I will come back every time. Mr He Chao at the front desk was especially helpful.

Five star praise to Ms. Xiaosheng at the front desk. She is very nice and kind with very helpful support.

This hotel is conveniently located. There are all kinds of stores and restaurants as soon as as you walk out of the hotel. Best of all its less than 10 minutes from West Lake. Breakfast is quite decent as well. Staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. What was impressive was that I watched a security guard help some hotel guests clean out what I suspect was some kind of spillage in the trunk of their car. Overall, very clean, great staff and amazing value. I only gave 3 stars for service instead of 5 because people claim to work for the hotel offered a ride service for 240-300 RMB to drive us around the lake and take us to the best tourist spots. Anywhere we wanted for 3-4 hours. Free to go as we please. So my wife agreed. The reality was that he took us to one tourist spot. The rest were junk shops to sell overpriced tea, silk and other things. After the silk store we told we wanted to go to a specific tourist location and he said they were fake or didn't exist anymore. When he realized we weren't interested in buying anything he found the first available spot and tossed us to the curb. He wasted our day which caused us to book an extra day to go back to all the spots we were supposed to see.

Older, but still very nice hotel near the West Lake. Breakfast was varied for a short stay. Family room was very nicely set up for our child.

Stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago a few times. And very pleased to see the hotel is still run efficiently. Great location, very clean hotel!!! And reception was very polite, professional and spoke good English. Also given a star bucks coffee voucher of which I used at the hotel. Definitely stay here again. Ps. Very comfortable bed and a nice bath!

Love this Hangzhou Macro hotel, it's so close to West Lake, traffic is so convenient. I managed to see a lot of interesting places by taking metro n buses. The hotel room is clean n quiet. Will definitely come back again😊 Also the green tea is the famous Longjing Tea which is easily over¥1000 - ¥2000/500g. Enjoy🍵

My 2nd time here. Very comfortable clean spacious rooms right by the lake with a decent breakfast on site. Don’t miss the roof top view!
