We stayed 6D5N for 2 adjoining rooms.
1. When checkin, they don’t accept Visa or Mastercard. They claimed they tried contacting me many times on trip.com platform. Due some platform “incompatibility”, the message didn’t get through. And they claimed they are in process of upgrading of accepting these cards “soon”.
Miraculously, I received 1 msg from the on other matter 1 day later.
2. Cleanliness is a suspect. Used cups not washed, floor not vacuum(I can observed crumbs, hair & dirt), writing desk not cleaned, bedsheets & pillow cases not changed only upon requests. Housekeeping has lots of room for improvement.
3. The rooms had seen its glory days, wear and tear is apparent. Electronic curtain not working and they was a big hole in one of the day curtain. Ceiling has dirt marks near entrance.
4. Layout of the toilet & bathroom have see through glass although they have curtains provided. The main door is near the see through toilet & bathroom so privacy is intruded if say u have somebody at the door. Very weird design for a hotel that I’ve traveled & seen.
5. Gym is very limited with 1 thread mill, weight station and cycling mill next to an open space next to the see through glass of the restaurant. Not conducive at all.
6. Counter staff helpfulness is average, won’t go all out to help.
I would deem this hotel 3* cater more for domestic consumers.
