My second time in this branch. I booked single queen room but was told to change to twin-bed room upon check in. As a solo traveler, having twin bed that can’t be merged is not comfortable. Not only did I have to change the room from what I booked, I also had to pay 50 rmb more. There were no issue with my first stay in this Hanting branch, but was a bit disappointing during my last stay.
