Location - great! Just steps away from Fengqi MRT station, which is also linked underground to the shopping mall opposite (Kerry Centre).
It's not that near West Lake, about a 10min Didi ride away (depending on which part of West Lake you go to).
Rooms are on the smaller side, but it's functional. Do note that the shower and toilet are separated, and the shower is really like a cubicle by itself so you'll need to place all your clothing outside the shower area. May not be that great for friends sharing the room. There also isn't much counter space at the sink.
Room came equipped with a Dyson hairdryer which was great! The toilet bowl also came with a bidet and seat warmer which we also loved.
Pillows are on the softer side.
Breakfast is on the top floor, and the variety is pretty basic. The noodle soup is kind of bland. The hotel also has a tiny gym and washer and dryer.

This hotel is on top of the Shop houses ,reception area to chill is very small ,public toilet is terrible despite the design attract me to stay here but the environment for the price I pay can be better , I check out next day

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to Hangzhou and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right outside the metro station, with easy access to Hangzhou East Train Station and Xiaoshan Airport. There’s a shopping mall just steps away, making everything super convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an executive queen room, which was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay with great value and unbeatable convenience.

Got an upgrade to the executive queen room and it was a nice 2 night stay.
Excellent location, near the FengQi Metro station and connected to the mall across the road. Strangely, the shower water temperature was not adjustable and it was a little too hot for our liking. And the bathroom floor felt a bit slippery as well, so need to be extra careful. There's a nice noodle and jianbing nearby that we tried.

Hotel is right in front of a train station. It’s very convenient if traveling by train. Main tourists area, shopping area or scenic area would need to walk abit to get there but it’s not too far away.

The hotel is located at a very strategic location, literally right in front of a subway entrance. It’s also a stone throw away from the high street and lake side.
