Our stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Westlake, Hangzhou was truly worthwhile. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade and early check-in, which set a positive tone for our visit. The views from our room were stunning, adding to our overall comfort during our stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the nearest metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore Hangzhou. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the warmth of the staff made us feel at home. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again!

The hotel’s location was great! The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, with a shopping mall right across the street. Wulin Night Market is only a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
If you’re planning a trip to Hangzhou, this hotel is worth considering. The only downside is that the rooms don’t have a nice view, but overall, it’s not bad!

It was a lovely stay, the hotel is very central and the staff are really helpful. They allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. I would stay here again next time I’m in Hangzhou!

As the place is so strategic, after came out from hotel lobby, you would see an metro gate infront of you, when you go thru the underground, there’s full of food shop you wont have any probelm to find foods around business hours. It also walk around 10 mins will arrive to west lake, in77 shopping complex and wuling street night market. Just to tell that those male desk are not friendly at all when you request for anything or when you check in to the hotel
