The staff were not as helpful as we would have liked and Noone spoke English as was to be expected. The room itself was cozy with a lovely bathroom, and quiet too with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good although the coffee machine was broken.

第一次入住書香世家！連續住了三天，感覺挺滿意。酒店位置很好，離地鐵2號線步行衹有10分鐘左右的距離，離市中心交通便利，到杭州東站、西站、還有蕭山機場都很方便快捷，無需再轉車，而且地鐵不是特別擠，適合遊客。酒店獨門獨院，離運河也比較近。酒店自帶早餐，早上七點就可以用餐了，九點半左右才結束，這給睡懶覺的客人提供了方便。[捂臉][捂臉]晚上街上也有很多小店營業。酒店在一個院子裏，有足夠的車位，保安大叔24小時巡邏，也夠安全。離西湖也不算遠，打車去斷橋附近大概是起步價。設施整體很齊全，沒有什麼可以挑剔的。大廳有免費茶水、會客的沙發座椅等，播放了很好聽的古典音樂，還有自助洗衣服務。大廳茶香特色，一股淡淡的茶香味沁人心脾。房間環境很好，光線充足，乾濕分離做的很好。洗澡間雖然有玻璃，完全不會擔心私隱。房間乾淨衞生，沒有什麼異味。服務的前台王麗小姐姐態度也非常好，主動告知網線密碼，點外賣，前台幫我送上去的，還給我換了一個高層一點更安靜的間。而且親自給我送房卡上來，我不用來回跑了，節省時間。而且有問必答，退房時還跟我確認行李有無遺漏。我當時説沒有，最後坐上車才知道，藍牙耳機落房間啦，前台小姐姐，給我打電話確認，又加了我微信，幫我寄過來，這次失而復得，真的非常感動，客房阿姨拾金不昧，前台小姐姐周到的服務，確實棒棒噠！整體是非常滿意的！很舒服的一次入住，非常推薦[強][強][強][強]。

經常入住的酒店，書香氣息濃厚，大廳有書法台可以練毛筆字，隨處可見的書籍，也可以在房間喝喝茶看看書，偷得浮生半日閑，這次特意和家人愛人一起來這邊遊玩，房間乾淨，早餐特別好，尤其杭州特色葱包燴，還有雞湯小混沌和蘇式奧灶麪早餐很豐富，美味很不錯。前台服務員態度非常友好，有任何問題小姐姐們都會幫忙解決。入住當天杭州下雨，來的當天晚上然後行李也比較多，前台小姐姐張明雨看到我們車子進來後立刻打傘跑出來幫我們拿行李，幫忙送到房間，聽説我們有點感冒了還特意給我們房間送了泡腳桶，還特意準備了薑茶送到房間，細節滿滿，服務非常貼心，會繼續關注書香世家，也會推薦朋友入住

黃金週遇上亞運會 湖濱段住不起嘍！第一次選擇拱墅區 書香世家，周邊地鐵有點遠哦，不過門口就有公交站 全程出行基本🚌 去運河方向 線路很多，往平海路麼衹k155。酒店設施略陳舊 有年頭了吧，但服務還不錯 大堂，客房都挺貼心周到，從來硬件不夠軟件湊。茶歇麼 晚間大堂有茶葉蛋銀耳羹小米粥 自助。酸梅湯好好喝 好多冰 正！
