It was a great time staying there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is also quite convenient, because you can easily get to subway station and then visit all the main sites 😊

Our experience with this hotel was amazing! The room was modern, spatious and always clean. We were provided new toiletry items every single day. The staff was competent, kind and always available. Furthermore, they provide additional services free of charge, such as laundry. The location is also good, since it's very close to a subway station, so you'll get to your favorite spots in Hangzhou in no time. Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect, I highly recommend it!

五一之前預訂的房間，前台工作人員熱情，門廳接待人員也很熱情，有個超大停車場，很方便，車位多，房間設備齊全，同行好友家孩子嫌電視有的小了😄😄，不過這不影響，需要特殊説明的是床睡的真舒服，價格也合適，畢竟五一，交通也方便，地鐵三號線朝王路出口，門口也有公交直達杭州東站，距離武林夜市也不是很遠，自助早餐種類不是太多，但是吃好吃飽沒問題。最後説下，酒店人臉識別開門，梯控也是，

一般，勝在位置比較好。前台服務也比較好
房間沒圖片大，桌子破破爛爛的，挨着高架橋有點吵。
設計不合理，床頭沒有插座給手機充電很不方便。充電口在辦公桌這裏還跟辦公桌一樣高不太好插。
