Excellent service. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel is VERY clean and well taken care of. Very convenient and it’s in the heart of everything beautiful. All the facilities are 💯 functional, the rooms are well ventilated, the water heating system is very good. Convenient shops just around the. Very convenient.
I’ll definitely come back again. Everything was up to my expectations. This is a must try… thank me later.

The front desk service was warm and standard. We checked in when we arrived in the morning. The location is very good, close to West Lake. After visiting West Lake, you can go to the nearby Wulin Night Market to eat.

This is the worst Home Inn I have ever stayed in. The front desk service is okay, the hotel location is okay, the room hygiene is poor, the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are super dirty, don't wash white clothes there, the slippers in the room are of super poor quality and slip when they touch water. After taking a shower, I slipped in a place without a non-slip towel and my hand was swollen. I asked the front desk to get some medicine and didn't pursue it too much.
