房子大堂在裝修，到處都是灰塵！
房間狹小，隔音太差了，隔着好幾間房都能聽到説話！
走廊地毯發出惡臭，房間設施最起碼有10多年了！
這是我10多年，在如家住的最差的一間房，房價不便宜200多一晚，當時逛西湖太累了，就湊合湊合，誰知道根本沒休息好！

環境：比較久遠，所以看過去都比較舊，還破損，地毯都是灰，可能是因為門面在裝修
設施：定的房，隔音很差，半夜3點多聽到隔壁房間的呼嚕聲，但是為什麼會醒呢？因為空調外機聲音太大，吵醒的。
服務：前台辦公移動到二樓過道，服務沒什麼挑的
位置距離西湖3公里左右，衹是隨便一晚，湊合就行，如果旅遊，改房型或者換酒店，體驗比較好。

服務很好，一樓大堂有免費機打咖啡，離西湖景區近，步行15分鐘就到，旁邊有大食堂，吃飯方便，但酒店設施陳舊，環境衞生一般，不過價格便宜，有免費停車場，總體來説還行。

房間乾淨衞生，還新裝了化粧鏡，周邊居民區，吃飯交通也方便，離西湖蠻近的，騎車也就十幾分鍾，下次再來還會定這家

房間很新乾淨衞生，酒店位置方便，逛西湖爬寶石山都非常近，帶孩子出行酒店服務也很貼心，有機會再來

房間雖小但各種設施都恰到好處，可看出設計時費心的，特別是熱水比有些收費很高的酒店都給力；更可喜的是酒店為客人提供了傘，這幾天杭州下大雨，要不是他們提供了傘，我們人地生疏的要花好長時間去買傘
