The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. With my 21-month-old baby, she sent a child bathtub even though there was no bathtub in the room. It was really thoughtful. There are many fish in the hotel lobby, and my baby likes to see them very much. The ocean park included in the package is very fun.
