Everything is perfect!! The dishes at Jin Sha restaurant was so impressive that we paid a second visit during our 3D2N stay. The staff were so helpful and should all be praised for their hospitality, including but not limited to reception and room keeper. I would highly recommend the photoshooting service inside the hotel as well as we both managed to take a lot of gorgeous photos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

The hotel was astonishing, all the staff were amazing and welcoming. Lulu, Jasmine and Star were especially helpful and welcoming, first class staff. I would definitely recommend anyone coming to Hangzhou to go and experience the hotel even if it is one day.

The service was wondrous and welcoming, they did Everting we asked for, the room were comfortable and the view was spectacular! Every staff we met is friendly and helpful, especially thanks for Lu Lu liu and Rebecca at front desk! Food is divine! This hotel for everthing you need and more! Worth of money and memorable stay! We will come back doe sure!

If you are looking for luxury, this is it! Everything about the hotel screams luxury: from the lobby, to the gardens, to every little detail of the guest room. It is amazing to find such a quiet corner with beautiful gardens and green space in the middle of a somewhat crowded city. You will feel like living in a park. The staff is extremely attentive and eager to cater to your needs and wants. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Hangzhou

Four seasons never disappoints. Incredible property right next to west lake with private views and very tranquil vibes. Great location for sightseeing or a peaceful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed here for one night to watch Hans Zimmer in concert nearby. Wonderful, wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings and walking distance to West Lake. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again. Dream hotel. Wish all hotels were like this.
