The hotel staffs are friendly and the room is clean. But i think the hotel is a bit old. The shower tap is stiff and the knob to switch to rain shower is stuck. Location is good as near to train station and metro.

Very near location to the transportaion hub and the hangzhou east railway station. It is just 600 meters walking distance.

Nice easy to access as near the train station. Big rooms and clean. Only stay here for 1 night but love it. Just quite far from the main attraction. If you need to leave for the next day early by train, this is a good choice.

Check in was smooth and two girls at the reception who helped us to do paperwork were excellent. Both of them were friendly,helpful, cooperative and professional.
One of the girls went extra miles to assist us walked to the lift. She was amazing

The location is at the west square 西广场 of the train station, there are many small restaurants nearby. Walking from the station is only 7 mins. (But the train station itself is enormous so I mean when you got out of the elevator it’s only 5-7 minutes walking.
Very friendly and helpful stuff.
Nice breakfast.
Very clean and neat, I’ve got a tatami room-I loved it.
Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is close to the East train station just ten minutes walk across the street. Great for layover or trying to catch a train early, but not close to the major attractions in the city. The hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear. Overall satisfied our needs.

The location is good, 5 to 10 minutes to HangZhou railway station and MRT station, surrounding with restaurants and mini mart. Staff is nice and very helpful.
