The hotel is in an obscure location and difficult to find, but once located, it is close to metro and shops as well as tourist attractions. The apartment was big and spacious but not as clean as I would have liked. We didn't use the washing machine, only staying two nights, but it leaked permanently and the floor boards were a little giving. The large bath was delightful. The staff were kind and caring. The hotel does not offer any services or facilities except 24hour desk and security. There is a Chinese restaurant and a small supermarket on site.

Location was difficult to find, the service at the desk can be considered fair, not so good enough, the toilet drainage quite slow after taking a shower, but anyways the room was worth with the price, loved the city view.

This is a good room BUT the microwave did not work and the water did not get hot enough to be able to take a bath.

In a good location, I stayed here on my first day in Hangzhou. I have a gold membership, and I was upgraded to a late check-out and room type. As a platinum member of Ctrip, I have booked hotels on Ctrip so many times. This is the first time I have stayed in such a dirty and poor hotel. I was really shocked when I walked in.
