The hotel is very clean and smells really good. Hotel food unfortunately you have to walk to next door and climb 3 floors before you get to eat. Selection on food was ok. The house keeping lady was very nice when i asked for more water, she sent me many bottles. You get convenient store just next to the hotel and also some small restaurant to get your food. Also the sound of banging of the door was very loud. And people talking. Also they don’t have much tv programs to watch. I really enjoyed the room cos its really clean and bed is quite nice to sleep too.

poor facilities. air-con doesn't work well and you can't use tv as a big screen of your device. cleaning lady very loud and people from the hotel tented to come in and change curtains during your stay. no hair conditioner

I have stayed in many All Seasons hotels in many cities, but I think this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hair dryer is the oldest model and the power is very low. I asked the front desk to help wash the clothes. Later I found that the brothers had folded them and put them in the bag for the guests. My clothes from the night before were entangled by the lady and put in the bag (I asked curiously when I washed my running clothes the next morning and saw the brother folding them) ~ In fact, I want to say that the hardware of the hotel with the same price is almost the same, and the most important thing is the soft service ~ The details may not appear immediately, but if you do everything well, you will never let down every customer and yourself!
