Fully equipped 2 bedroom executive suite!! Very good for families with young children! Room is comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good though the restaurant was at the opposite building! Many restaurants just right beside the hotel. Will definitely come back again!

What a surprise I got a free upgrade and vip treatment I didn’t know that the hotel is so close to the Westlake and downtown really amazing. The room looks like new renovated and I the GYM was really cool with personal couch will come again thanks Oakwood

The room is spacious with kitchen facilities. We were very happy to choose this hotel for our holiday in Hangzhou. The hotel location is very convenient with many restaurants. The housekeeper was very friendly but the receptionists were very cold.

Yeah it was good. Amenities close by. Spacious room. It did say that it came with a balcony. However, it didn’t nor did any of the building. This might need to be looked at in the advertising. Not a huge complaint, but obviously if you book a room with one you are expecting one
