Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I'm a satisfactory stay because of the friendly staff, the check-in and check-out process does not take long. the room is very comfortable, spacious and tidy, cleanliness is emphasized very well.

Nice people working in the hotel, always friendly. Buffet is pretty good, breakfast has many choices available. Room a bit old.

I attended the 2022 Global English Education China Assembly. All the facilities for the hotel, dining, and conference were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I was able to use the pool. Everyone was helpful and efficient. There was easy access to other dining, the Metro, and shopping.

Because my friend's wedding was held in this hotel, I booked it for convenience, but the only thing left about this hotel is the "Sheraton" word, and nothing else exists
Booked a family suite, the dining table chairs are made of stainless steel, very heavy and can't be moved, and the chairs have sharp corners, which are dangerous for children to be poked
The desk lamp is broken, and there is a disposable small hand towel like the ones in restaurants, and the silicone edge of the shower is moldy! The electric curtain is broken. The breakfast is also very bad, I will never book such an old hotel again
