Well located hotel. Service is good. Staff are helpful. I like the diversity of the breakfast. Enjoyed my stay with my two kids. Easy access to most attractions in Hangzhou. I recommend it for every first visit to this amazing city.

I brought my family to Hangzhou after May Day to avoid the peak period. The hotel is very nice, especially the swimming pool. It is very comfortable to swim after dinner! The hotel staff provided very good service and sent fruits. I will come again.
