I thought I booked Crowne Plaza, but when I checked in, I found out it had become Crowne Plaza. The decoration and facilities are very old. The location is too close to the elevated road. The only advantage is that it is close to the East Railway Station. I don't understand why Ctrip has such a high score. The price is cheap in Hangzhou. If you have enough budget, I suggest you choose a more expensive one. If you don't have enough budget, you can choose a newer hotel like Home Inn or Hanting.

I booked a room on Ctrip.com and just arrived at the hotel. Before I got off the car, the receptionist opened the car door to greet me. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service and hygiene are excellent and clean. The hotel upgraded my room and gave me welcome fruit, which made me very happy and felt at home!
