房間在三樓門口還有一個茶吧間，看書喝茶都挺愜意的。茶水免費喝，老闆娘和小哥是當地茶農。當時訂房就看中這個拉[偷笑]房間整潔乾淨，價格也實惠，小哥服務挺好辦完入住幫着拿行李送水，還不忘説有事隨時找他，很貼心有家的感覺。

房間臟亂，沒有水，沒有吹風機，沒有牙具，給了個小牙膏還是被人用過的，沒有房卡，床單很潮濕，很臟，半夜前台打遊戲敲鍵盤的聲音就在耳邊，終於打完遊戲倆個人又開始聊天，我定的這個房間在一樓，因為有孩子，所以定了這個床大的，窗户後面是個倉庫，房間發黴的味道非常大，想換房間説需要加錢，我也同意了，然後看了一下又説沒有大床了，可在攜程上還能定，晚上我隔壁的大床也沒人住，後來換到了旁邊便宜的雙床房，這個應該比我的便宜不少，也沒説退錢，雖然衹花了二百多，但這個品質真是太差了，這次旅行唯一的差評，真是沒法接受

設施：房間太小了，標間除了兩張床就衹有一把椅子，我的雙肩包衹能放地上，衣服放床上
衞生：這是最不能接受的：一次性牙刷牙膏中的牙膏竟然是開過封用掉一半的
環境：這是沒得説，位於西湖景區西側的核心位置，去太子灣公園、浴鵠灣、烏龜潭、茅家埠、南高峯都很方便
服務：店家還是比較熱情的

大家千萬不要訂這家，性價比低就算了，條件太差了，這輩子都沒住過這麼差的民宿。我是攜程幫我調的，房價高價賣給我，條件差到極致了。1.房間空調沒什麼用了，開了一夜噪音很大但是沒有暖氣，被子也單薄，長者凍感冒了。2.洗漱用品不全，除了牙刷，沒有梳子，沒有刮鬍膏。3.房間床頭都是灰塵，厚厚的一層灰。4.毛巾是發黃色的，懷疑不是專業消毒機構消毒的。5.拖鞋是公用涼拖，而且臟臟的，沒有一次性拖鞋。

老闆娘很熱情送了歡迎水果。
房間性價比很高單床2個，我們兩大兩小正好。淋浴房一次性生活用品都有，暖氣很足。在景區這個價位已經很不錯了。下次還來。
