The location is perfect. MRT is around the hotel. Staff can't speak English but they are trying to help everything. They also carry the luggages to my room. There are also free laundry on 8th floor. The breakfast is vary. I recommend this hotel

Strategic location and very close to the shopping street. Breakfast is great. Hotel is kinda of old but still in well kept condition.highlu recommended

Nice and clean hotel.
The service is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic.
Great location within walking distance to shopping malls, convenient stall, restaurants, pedestrian shopping streets and the west lake.
Good buffet breakfast with numerous selections.

The hotel is just right next the exit of subway station. Got a free upgrade to a room with bigger beds. The receptionists and receptionists are very friendly. Walkable distance to the Xihu Lake which is so convenient. Don’t have to worry about dinner as there is a very happening night market nearby the hotel (operates everyday).

Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review
Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel.
Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap.
Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

Convenient location, very near the mrt exit and walking distance to wulin night market. Hotel provided free water bottles both in the room and at the lift lobby which was a nice touch. Would recommend to stay here if you travel to Hangzhou!

Location :5/5. Can access to the hotel main entrance via B Exist. It just take less than 1 minute.

Service:5/5. All of the staff are very friendly, but I’d like to give special praise to “服务员王爱凤.” When we checked into our room, there were only two bottles of mineral water, which definitely wasn’t enough for both of us. However, during the room cleaning, 王爱凤 noticed this (without us asking) and kindly provided extra bottles of water throughout our stay. This was a really thoughtful touch.

Stayed here for almost a week, the stay was amazing! For new travellers, right next to the hotel is a cafe, their cheese cake is really amazing, do give it a try!
