Zhejiang Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel in Hangzhou. While the hotel may be slightly dated in style, it’s very well maintained and offers great comfort. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, exactly what we needed after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: extensive, varied, and tasty, with both Chinese and Western options available. A great way to start the day! The location is excellent, centrally situated and ideal as a base for day trips around Hangzhou, including visits to West Lake and nearby attractions. It’s easy to get around from here, whether by foot, taxi, or public transport. All in all, a reliable and comfortable hotel in a great location. We would gladly stay here again!

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show "Enduring memories of Hangzhou" should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel. Check-in process was smooth. We arrived early around 11am and the front desk receptionist Yu Dongming was very helpful and allowed us the early check-in. The hotel is located at the prime location with lots of shops and restaurants surrounding, including the night market is at a stone throw way. Our corner room was so spacious and fitted with beautiful bathtub and the shower separate. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with a variety of selections. My most favourite was the freshly squeezed juice station. The hotel also offered free laundry on level 5 and 8, including the dryer. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. We’ll definitely come back again when we visit Hangzhou next time.
