Great room, wonderful panoramic restaurant with view on the West Lake and amazing breakfast buffet. Everything is nice and easy... except the access to the pool (a bit more complicated).

I hope all the teams keep up the standard. Rarely do I say it feels so comfortable while in room & very entertaining & interesting when out exploring beautiful Hangzhou. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you Teams

The staff members are perfect, and the public spaces (including the restaurants) are excellent, but the room was outdated and needs an update. Special thanks to restaurant staff Mr. 曹 for his friendly services.

Very nice hotel nearby Hangzhou train station. Very clean and staff speaks English.

It's near the main train station, and not far from the lake, but very disappointed, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Room was ok but no soap or toothbrush, pillows too thin and soft, and the gym/pool was in a smelly basement. Staff was tedious and slow at check in. Also the top floor restaurant -- nice view -- but the food was bad and they didn't have half the things on menu.

Great place to stay

The family suite I booked has two separate bathrooms, which is very suitable for families with children. The hotel's large bathtub is very comfortable. After a day of sightseeing in the West Lake, it is very comfortable to soak in it. The hotel's hygiene and environment are very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi and it is not far from the subway station. The service is professional and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. I am satisfied. The hotel's breakfast also has many choices, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the West Lake on a sunny day.

Came to Hangzhou to see Guangzhi. The location of this hotel is very convenient. The Red Star Theater is right outside. The subway station is a little way to the right. There are Fuyuanju and Baozhongbao nearby. It takes only ten minutes by subway to in77. You can also see the panoramic view of West Lake on the 33rd floor. The service of Xiao Xie at the front desk is very good and well-received. The buffet breakfast also has Hangzhou specialty cakes.

I have stayed in many hotels with the prefix Zhongwei. I usually like to choose old brands when I stay in hotels. The quality is still very guaranteed. The upper floors of the hotel can see the West Lake or Qianjiang New Town. The service attitude is also very good. I rarely write reviews, and I will only write when I am relatively satisfied. The only flaw is the parking fee standard. I went to catch a flight at 6 o'clock this morning. The driver waited for me for 20 minutes (actually he was early). If it exceeded 15 minutes, he would charge me a parking fee of 10 yuan. In the end, the parking fee was unsurprisingly charged by the driver... The free time is indeed too short. I hope it can be improved.
