簡單説就是，太差了！ 剛到門口沒有停車的，要停到地下，再走上來，還需要自己付停車費！我們夜裡一點到早上十二點走，付款了60元，進酒店，整個酒店滿地的蟲子，一股黴味兒潮濕不通風，就這樣還沒算完，進房間 空調打開也一股黴味，地板斑駁 滿是煙頭燙斑黑點！所有的設施都年久失修，插座都是壞的，配備的小童玩撞球遊戲機也是壞的！再説衞生間，臟兮兮又潮濕，淋浴間淋噴頭調節角度的東西也是松的 無法固定！門漏水到外面地面，滿地的水無從下腳，牙刷也很差，燒水的水壺在一樓根本不方便，沙發也是一層灰，整個酒店感覺全是吹噓的 其實虛有其表 服務也很差 ！ 過個節帶娃出來玩 一千三的價格真的是不如如家酒店！孩子都説必須給差評中的差評

鬧中取靜，小朋友很喜歡。離店的時候還送了玩具。邊上就是鼓樓和河坊街，逛吃很方便。交通也很方便，去宋城和西湖邊也不遠。

管家服務好、環境衛生整潔、地理位置佳(離河坊老街超近)，唯一美中不足的是要爬樓梯(1-2樓)，對於長期旅遊的遊客來說，要扛行李箱上下樓稍嫌不便🥲

真的超級適合帶孩子來旅遊入住！因為錯開了旅遊高峯，前台小姐姐還為我們免費升級了房間！酒店位於清河坊文化街，下樓走幾步就是讓人目不暇接的各種小店，吃穿住行樣樣方便。房間裏打掃的很乾凈，孩子可以在地上爬來爬去，loft還有專門給小孩子玩的空間，房間各處都是可愛的玩偶，真是太適合帶娃啦！

鬧中取靜的地方，房間很適合親子，小孩子很喜歡，距離河坊街很近，去西湖步行也很方便，前台小姊姊超級好人，不厭其煩的給我們帶東西和**外賣！抽扭蛋是這裡的隱藏款，下次還要來！

房間是蠻好看的 但是乾淨程度要有待提高 馬桶都還有尿漬 洗澡的水也很小 但是前台的服務還是挺好的 周圍比較熱鬧的
