免費給我升了房間。
很喜歡酒店定製的杯子，香皂很好用，離靈隱寺超近，步行十多分鐘。
我早上四點多退了房，中間出了點意外，必須回去一趟，小姐姐叫停了保潔讓我又回房間待到了正常退房時間，人超好。
還有個自己的小院子，可以坐着喝喝茶。

老闆是小姐姐，非常非常有禮貌且細心！
原房間客人續住，小姐姐非常友好溝通給我們換了閣樓的房間，還很親切的提醒我們拒絕也可以的，其實我們沒關係噠，就同意換房間啦～沒想到閣樓小陽台的風景也很好看～
因為我們是三個人住雙人間，小姐姐還給我們加了寢具沒有另外收費，退房還先提出是否需要寄存行李，臨走還送了水～
小姐姐真的是太好啦，這世界沒有温柔細心的小姐姐怎麼能行呢！讓我們的旅行都更加快樂啦～

帶孩子來玩，房間乾淨衞生 關鍵還有地暖，地暖特別熱，恐懼南方冬天的寶寶可以在冬天不怕冷啦。前台小妹妹漂亮熱情周到，很用心的做客棧，房子前後三個院子，每個院子都有休息廳，適合朋友小聚 打牌 喝茶。💯滿分。

春節假期如約而至，前台小姐姐給了合適的出行方式的提醒，所以出行安排的明明白白的，謝謝小姐姐。名宿好像都是年輕人開的，所以溝通和環境還是不錯的，衞生也過得去，但是還有提升的空間😃！離靈隱寺很近，走過去7-8分鐘的樣子，以後去靈隱寺還推薦住這裏。

白樂橋附近真是靈隱邊上一個鬧中取靜的地方，聚集眾多民宿，梵雲的位置很好找，門口走進去左拐就到了，白樂橋臨街一條路都是小飯館私房菜還有素食餐廳，景區附近晚上很安靜。房間不大有點老舊但很乾凈而且設施齊全，覺雲的榻榻米床有智能馬桶水地暖很舒服，定的閣樓房免費升級了子云大床房，感謝～前台的小姑娘們都很熱情有禮貌，幫忙提箱子，早上贈送一杯咖啡沒有餐食，整體很雅緻，店長還收養了兩衹貓咪，很可愛，仔仔和巧克力～老闆很用心也有品味，這個價位太心動了，還會來小住～很棒的地方！

環境：在靈隱景區附近，很適合在周圍散散步，窗外風景也很好，注意白天遊客香客會有些多
服務：幾位小姐姐特別特別好，對待客人很熱情，天冷在門外等人的時候會給倒一杯温水很貼心
設施：房間裏設施很齊全，有地暖有空調，冬天不會冷，大堂和後院有很多可以坐着休息聊天的地方
衞生：房間很整潔，布草也很乾凈，有提供一次性的洗漱用品，很衞生

第二次入住了，鬧中取靜的民宿。
上次住是夏天，這次是冬天，都會提前聯繫到店時間，將空調或者水地暖開好。
離靈隱和北高峯抖很近。
以後來還會選擇
這次根朋友一起，定了不同房型，因為想在一棟裏，還給做了房間升級。
可能因為這個樓房間比較多，隔音稍有一點點弱，其他都完美。
