這次入住漢庭體驗感滿分！一進大堂就被明亮整潔的環境
吸引，前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住迅速，還耐心提醒周邊美食和交通路線。床品乾淨柔軟，床墊軟硬適中，一夜好眠；衞浴問乾濕分離，沐浴用品清香不刺鼻，熱水來得快且水壓穩定。
最貼心的是房問配備了 USB 充電口和小夜燈，細節設計超人性化。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理，豆漿油條、雞蛋炒飯、現磨咖啡都有，味道在線。退房時還贈送了小禮品，整體性價比超高，以後出行住宿就選漢庭！

很不錯的，酒店離西湖很近，步行10分鐘左右，沿途是商業街，吃飯的地方很多，我們下午四點到酒店，休了半小時就出門
往西湖方向走，路上順便吃個飯，然後走到西湖，酒店地理位置優越，前台服務態度特別好，第二天早上退房出去遊玩，有大件行李還可以免費寄存，特別貼心。房間訂高級大床空間是足夠的，早餐去本地特色的早餐店吃，體驗加分，酒店位置太方便了，真的適合來杭州旅遊的住一住，離西湖近，吃飯又方便，周圍便利店也很多，最主要前台態度太好了，入住的心情都會好很多

酒店位置不錯，離西湖蠻近，晚上去湖濱吃了晚飯溜達去西湖走一走繞一下就回酒店了，還能消食。杭州真是太擠了哈哈，不過在這個地段我還是能接受的。西湖美景名不虛傳，杭州整體素質也很好，這趟杭州之行還是很滿意的

前台服務人員真的令我感動，離店之後遺留了濕衣物忘記收了給我打電話，我在外面玩沒不能及時回去，我還在想衣服還是濕的怎麼辦，結果回去後，前台居然幫我烘乾了放我行李上，感覺很温馨，像家一樣。

從一進門前台小姑娘就沒有點眼力見，滿頭大汗金卡會員也沒有説拿瓶水給顧客喝，桌子上那麼多水！辦理入住問題來了攜程用了升房卷小姑娘説我是無窗房！在我在三堅持下給我了一個有窗的房間！房間小的可憐裏面設施一踏糊塗！首先電話是壞的！外賣到了都不知道！下面拖鞋標簽也是被拆了還繼續放哪裡給人家使用！洗手間水池嚴重鬆動手輕輕一放上去半邊就翹起來了！牙具也是衹給一個晚上刷了牙早上就不用刷了？

預訂的 給了一個**一樣沒有燈的房間（唯有衞生間有燈）要求換了房間之後床頭對着衞生間門：如圖⬇️（換之前説這也是最後一個房間也是最後一次換，不滿意可以退房，那時已經晚上十點多）前台小哥説話陰陽怪氣態度不好 第一次住漢庭踩雷

酒店位置不錯，離西湖，銀泰都很近，交通方便可以騎行，車子很多，樓下的麪店一直在排隊，吃了一般般，假期出行期待值不能太高，停車不方便，院子小車停在外面，計費停了 200 多。

房間非常乾淨！離西湖也特別近，前台姐姐也很温柔，工作人員還幫我把我放在洗衣間的衣服洗完烘乾了，非常開心的一次入住體驗
