When I returned to the hotel at night and swiped my card to enter the door, I smelled a sewer smell. It was so disgusting. It was already past 11 o'clock in the evening and I didn't want to bother with it, so I decided to make do with it for one night. I hadn't even laid down for a while when the upstairs was noisy like a home theater and I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk and they said there was an escape room upstairs. Are the hotels under Huazhu Club so randomly located? They don't consider the experience of tourists at all? Finally, Ctrip platform helped to contact the hotel front desk to change the room again. It was already 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. My child and I dragged our suitcases and luggage to change the room again. The night shift brother at the front desk was very responsible and changed the room type this time. I didn’t find any odor in the room when I checked in at midnight. I woke up this morning and was speechless. There was another sewer odor. This was the worst stay experience. I suggest that you compare more hotels if you want to stay. The hotel also gave me an air purifier halfway through the stay, but it didn’t work at all.
