第二次住，第一次感覺還可以，第二次真是一般，可能杭州寸土寸金，房間很逼仄，停車不方便，凌晨到的，困得要死，然後讓我們停到哪裡哪裡，然後早上七點挪到哪裡哪裡。開車的慎重選擇。就這停車一點就要命了。都在西湖附近，可以選其他家看看。差不多的距離，打車租電動車都很方便。

房間乾淨整潔舒適，服務員都很有禮貌，服務到位，尤其是店長，👍👍👍。外婆家就在旁邊，也有星巴克等，交通十分方便。杭州動物園，虎跑公園走路可達。下次來杭州會再次入住桔子酒店

因為酒店位置選擇住的，距離虎跑、太子灣和西湖較勁風景好，連住了一週。
具體細節上，打掃阿姨很細心，發現喝水多第二天打掃的時候多放了幾瓶，感覺很細緻，希望多加雞腿表揚～
房間的話整體一般，住的設計師大房間，房間裏的裝飾有的都掉了，然後房間大小也一般。⚠️因為想要房間窗户沖外才選的這個房型，但是問題是，其是臨着裏面小巷子，所以很吵鬧，會有些比較影響睡眠。
但是以上都是可以忍受、且正常情況下不會給差評的。
‼️最重要的是離店之前一段不愉快讓人感覺前台和客户溝通服務上有待提高。。。我在攜程上預訂顯示14:00退房（如下圖）。當天11:56接到前台電話，問是否續住，我們回覆不續住之後就告訴我們12:00退房離開。首先不論我本來顯示的是14:00退房，就算是打來電話提醒顧客退房這差四分鐘來句那十二點退房這個。。【有種差四分鐘到時間馬上要攆走客人的感覺😅😅😅】。。其次，下去退房和前台交流時，她衹瘋狂強調他們電腦顯示就是12:00，另一位接待解釋説是新員工平時不會這樣，她還在和我繼續表示電腦上顯示就是12:00退房…可是這也不是我的問題啊，如果是攜程或者電腦的問題你們可以嘗試和攜程方面交流反饋一下啊，一直沖客户抱怨什麼呢？？住這麼多天臨走人的時候都不能好好對待一下顧客嗎、在確實造成溝通錯誤的情況下毫無歉意衹是瘋狂表示是電腦問題？真的感覺略糟心。

唯一小瑕疵是：鏡子摺疊得不太好，不太方便看全身。
