PALACE Meilu Hotel（Hangzhou Xihu Area Songcheng）

We booked two standard rooms. The room size is very comfortable for this price. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The elders are very satisfied. The environment is good and it is relatively quiet at night. It is very convenient to go to Songcheng opposite. It would be better if the breakfast variety could be richer. The service is very good. They will ask for requirements before check-in, carry luggage, upgrade the room, and greet you when you enter and leave. I like their service. I am generally very satisfied.

The room is super large, clean and tidy without any odor. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with double sinks. The pretty lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The hotel is just opposite Songcheng and close to Jiuxi. In short, I think this hotel is very cost-effective.

The furnishings inside the hotel are very old-fashioned, simple and heavy, and of course there is no intelligent equipment. The front desk also upgraded the room with balcony for free, and gave fruit to the room after check-in, which was very nice. But there are also two big bugs: 1. The takeaway I ordered at night has not been delivered to the room after half an hour at the front desk. I had to go down to get it myself, but I found that the delivery robot was idle. I don’t know what the front desk is doing, and the food is cold. 2. I was awakened by the vibration of the chandelier at 2 a.m. at night. I thought it was a noise upstairs, so I called the front desk to remind it. Then at 7 a.m., the vibration sound rang again. I thought about it and didn’t know what the reason was. The upstairs wouldn’t go clubbing early in the morning. Maybe the chandelier on the sidewalk upstairs would vibrate when walking barefoot? So it caused poor sleep quality at night. I was worried about when it would ring again, and I was very annoyed 😒
