The hotel is nice on its own. But please do not book the rowing boat high tea there. They do not even serve tea despite being a high tea ride. And charges 888rmb. Superb ridiculous. Overall the high tea was a total ripped off by such reputable hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was nothing but delicious. The outdoor pool is a heavenly place, so peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful location and nice room but the trip was completely ruined by the noise that did not let us sleep. Rooms are not sound proof, from the bed you can hear every noise from the corridor and even from other rooms, and we were woken up by the noise of cleaning at 8am. Reception staff was not kind and helpful and is not prepared to deal with international guests

There are only four four-story buildings in the guest room area, with only more than 40 guest rooms. The advantage of being small is that the hotel area is very quiet, and with the spring scenery in the garden, it is very suitable for lying down. It is within walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Xixi Wetland Scenic Area, yet it is a quiet corner.
The suites are on the 1st floor and the top 5th floor, while the 2nd and 3rd floors are non-suites. I myself would prefer the 1st floor Courtyard Suite. This time I booked Hidden Creek Courtyard Suite B. I wanted to be closer to the river, so the hotel arranged for the 3103 Orchid Courtyard, which is directly connected to the pier. In addition to the eight-person table in the courtyard, you can also watch the boats mooring in the lounge chairs. . There is also a study/Japanese room, which is also suitable for staring at the dock.
The overall service is also very online and the response speed is very fast. Especially the customer service Teamo deserves praise. Looking forward to coming back in September when the persimmons are ripe to discover a different Mu Shou Xixi.
