Environment: Located in the lower left corner of Xixi Wetland, away from the road, the internal environment is quiet and comfortable. The indoor lighting layout is reasonable, and the electric gauze curtains and curtains can be adjusted. Hygiene: It's pretty good. There is no dust on the railings indoors and on the observation deck. Facilities: The bathtub is large, the electric heated toilet, and the bed is very comfortable. People who are used to the bed fell asleep outside. Breakfast: It is divided into two parts: set meal and buffet. There are 4 kinds of set meals, including Chinese and Western. The individual portion is a little small, and the taste is light and normal. The Western pastries in the buffet are very delicate, and the bread is well baked. The mushroom buns are a little less and too dry. The Orleans chicken thighs feel that they can be replaced, which is a bit inconsistent with the hotel's consumption level. The overall meat selection is relatively small, only chicken, ham slices and egg dishes. Service: Very considerate, with a butler, welcome fruit, and we came back later and were given blueberry tartare snacks and weather forecast cards for the next day, shuttle bus front desk and accommodation pick-up. I came to Hangzhou to play in my free time and found this hotel by accident. I took a taxi immediately after placing an order on Ctrip. This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The staff Crayton is warm and polite, always able to meet my needs at the first time. The breakfast in the morning also surprised me. Although there are not many varieties, it is very delicate and tastes good👍 It is a hotel that I will visit next time.

This is my third stay. The hardware maintenance and service are still at the same level. They helped me upgrade the room type for free. The housekeeper Betty helped me book the restaurant, and the meals were still delicious.
