Opened in 2015, Tianyu Kaiyuan Guantang was recognized as the hotel closest to the sky in Jiangsu and Zhejiang at that time. At that time, I had already planted the grass for this early version of Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel. Ten years after its opening, the hotel frequently promoted vigorously, with unprecedented preferential prices, and the family finally came to buy it. Among the first generation of Kaiyuan Guantang (Shaoxing Dayu, Hangzhou Tianyu, Ningbo Shiqifang), this one is the only one that has not been redeveloped. It can be seen that the owner has sacrificed a lot to leave the guests with the most original and simple living and vacation experience. This is also the largest of the three Zhonggong areas. Entering the hotel gate, you will imitate the Jiangnan three-entry layout. The entire hotel covers a small area. The main building and villa guest rooms are distributed around the small lake, with different valleys, gardens or lake views. The high-end suite villas are hidden deep in the mountains and forests, and the guest rooms vary in size. The area of ​​the two rooms on the upper and lower floors of the waterscape townhouse we stayed in this time is very different. What needs to be criticized here is that when the room status allows, the front desk did not introduce the layout of the guest rooms to us, and did not let us choose between the two ground floor rooms connected by the lakeside corridor garden or the two upstairs and downstairs rooms. After checking in, I told the front desk that the upstairs room was smaller, but the man at the front desk did not take the initiative to change rooms or explain, but dealt with it with a professional fake smile. However, the front desk housekeeper Miss Rainbow still needs to be praised. After learning that there were reptiles in the bathtub in the room (understandable on the wet mountain top), she took the initiative to offer a boat ticket to make up for the stay experience. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite, but Western food is relatively lacking, and the service level of the restaurant service staff is generally good. In general, the location and scenery of the hotel, as well as the overall service level of Tianyu Kaiyuan Guantang, are still commendable in the current situation of the overall decline of Kaiyuan Business Luxury Hotel and most international brand hotels. I still give 5 points of encouragement, but I hope that the service awareness of some staff of the hotel should be strengthened, and I will have the opportunity to stay again next time.

The twin room also has a bathtub and double basins. The hotel has mountains and water, and it is a lazy vacation. I stayed for two nights and just wandered around the hotel without going down the mountain. The waiters I met were very enthusiastic and greeted me with a smile. Cui Restaurant has set meals, which are affordable and taste good. Go early to sit in the sun room. It feels like eating in the forest~ I especially want to praise Miss Rainbow, who is very enthusiastic, serious and responsible! It left a great impression and I will bring her back next time
