The service attitude was very good. There was a strong smell as soon as I entered the bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken! The sink stinks! The bed was very dirty. Not only were there stains but there were also mites. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was also a cockroach nest which was really scary.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the fifth floor. I got a double room and got a 4-bed room for one person to live in. It was quite shabby~

The family came to Hangzhou and only booked one day on Ctrip. Although it was very close to the South Railway Station, the price/performance ratio was good. However, due to the above situation where the online introduction and the actual situation were too different, we only booked one day. Night! But when I arrived, I found that except for the fact that there is no elevator on the fifth floor, everything else was okay! Especially it is very close to the South Railway Station and the South Railway Station. The subway station is right inside the train station. It is very convenient for us to travel to the West Lake Olympic Sports Center and other places. Hangzhou is particularly awesome. We are three people aged between 60 and 66. The subway rides are half-price for travelers, and free if you are over 70. Just use your ID card to exchange for a one-way ticket at the subway station ticket office and you can enter and exit the station!
