入住當天還有一對新人在舉辦草坪婚禮，運氣還是不錯的😜😜😜
設施：酒店設施齊全，也很安靜，景色優美，關鍵是酒店的服務態度很好，給人的感覺簡直不要太爽，非常棒的酒店！

在湘湖遊玩發現花海這邊有家酒店，剛好肚子也餓了，發現味道不錯，酒店服務員都很友好，進門就和你招手，指引我們去了二樓的卡座區域，兩個人吃不了幾個菜，結賬發現酒店不僅有吃飯的還有客房住宿的，還贈送了船票，下次可以坐坐船。

看了網評4.8的高分這次國慶假期入住了這家酒店，可以説是非常失望，真搞不懂這些好評是從何而來，服務不是像網評説的那麼好，洗漱用品是過期的，衞生狀況是床單上有活的小蟲和死蟲的血跡，拍了視頻

我家就在杭州，所以對湘湖很熟悉。湘湖小隱位於景區內，南面是花海香田，周邊是湖，位置絕佳，風景很美。我們在車子裏放了孩子的自行車，因為小隱旁邊就是沿湖遊步道，騎車散步都很舒適。唯一缺點是，小隱太鬧了，晚上有草坪婚宴，音響很吵。從五點多鬧到晚上九點多才關。然後是整理打掃的談話器材碰觸的聲音。早上又有一場草坪會，七點開始器材叮叮噹噹搭起來了，很無語。餐廳的早餐中等，是贈送的。晚餐是自己點菜的，味道不錯。房間裏有一個大浴缸，孩子很喜歡。服務員很nice

因為小孩在杭讀書，經常往來滬杭，但湘湖旅遊度假區還是第一次來遊玩。攜程網預訂了這家酒店，酒店地理位置很特殊，在一座湖中小島上，自駕來此，過了觀荷橋就是一個大停車場，這停車場也是在一個島上，從這再過一座橋才真正的到這酒店所在的小島上。訂的5樓花海雙床房，遠望青山綠水，極目天舒，心曠神怡，是個休養的好地方。酒店服務熱情周到，白天送水果，晚飯後還送來藕粉，另外，前台預約之後，酒店裡還給住店的賓客安排免費乘船遊湘湖，遊覽時間1小時。員工大都是帥哥美女，對每位來賓熱情相迎，主動打招呼，這是一個充滿活力的團隊，願他們將來發展的更好。

前台人員和阿姨們服務很好！進來還有歡迎水果，晚上還有夜宵水果送來，very good👍我第一次訂房間也不知道訂了一個景觀大床房，前台人員告知我是一個小小的房間，然後給我免費升級了，簡直不要太好！

由於西湖景區限行，外地車輛搞不清狀況，所以決定姊妹湖湘湖 入住湘湖小隱。酒店周邊荷塘花田環繞，湘湖人少寂靜，符合我的心意。酒店設施符合四星標準，民國裝修有特色，服務員態度很好，有問必答 見到客人打招呼，客房送水果和點心，阿姨十分熱情。衹是房內所説的歐舒丹未見，問了前台要護髮素才送來。晚餐在酒店解決，酒店餐飲生意很好，菜品雖小貴但味道不錯。酒店還有免費遊湖，由於預訂晚了沒體驗。由於酒店住宿和餐飲在一棟樓，前往客房的電梯裏充斥着各種味道，希望酒店定時做祛味處理；另客房牙刷質量差，刷牙掉了好幾根刷毛，有損酒店檔次，總體還是不錯的

非常好的環境，非常好的服務，非常好的餐飲還有下午茶，是一次非常愉快的旅行體驗。因為大意，妻子的一件很喜愛的外套遺留在客房，酒店發現後馬上與我聯繫，並無償幫我郵寄過來，真是無微不止的服務。下次有機會還會繼續去湘湖小隱度假遊玩。
