1.酒店毛巾洗完澡發現備用毛巾有乾涸血漬，當場反胃。酒店解釋"可能漏檢"
2.通知前台要求處理，先是讓保潔阿姨過來了説換一條毛巾，後不滿意要求管理人員過來，告知換全屋毛巾，最後是我們要求的換房，換了同等價位的其他房間，換房之後事情就算解決完了
3.隔音形同虛設，基本上衹要有人説話，走廊的聲音就能傳到房間
作為華住旗下中端酒店，從衞生品控到服務流程全面崩塌。換來的是一次生理與心理的雙重不適

進門有較大的煙味 房間很老很破很舊 就這還叫全季定房花了小四百 服務去差強人意 而且一般酒店都是兩點退房 你們十二點 因為生意不好就想通過延遲退房掙點錢是吧 趕緊倒閉吧 這邊哪個酒店不比你家好 避雷！

凌晨一點多有人拿卡開房間門直接進來了，睡眠淺，直接問他什麼人，自稱保安，説有人要看房間。這要不是睡眠淺醒了，根本不知道後面會發生什麼可怕的事！是偷還是搶? 真的聞所未聞，酒店是怕耽安全隱患的責任，説確實保安，我去，哪個保安凌晨直接開房門進來！我們不相信是保安，這管理太草率了。真是嚇**！

酒店非常老舊了
一，衞生不行。我們入住的時候地上還有瓜子皮。衝著全季酒店去的，結果入住的時候就發現非常老舊。
二，服務不行一個年紀稍大的女前台，態度也不好，很兇。
三，裝修不行，酒店可以説跟全季沒多大關係，出去了很多次住了蠻多家的全季，這家最差最小，一打開房門，我以為是香港酒店呢，小的透不過氣。
四，誇大宣傳，説是什麼有窗户的房間，結果大家看圖，一個對着不透氣的走廊，衹能半開的小的不能再小的窗户。對面也是房間，壓根不能開。
五，隔音非常差，一晚上隔壁吵架的聲音，清清楚楚，半夜走廊上別的房間回來開門的聲音清清楚楚。
六，設備太老了，空調一晚上嗡嗡響，還不制熱。房間裏面悶人，完全不能通風。
七，太舊了，發黃的被子，衞生間淋浴間胖點的人轉身都要撞到牆。跟其他全季酒店的衞生間裝修一點也不一樣。一個大點的行李箱平放都困難。
八，我搜的是離西湖近，結果也不近，還是需要打車。後面我去西湖的時候，發現好幾家比它家更近的全季。
總之，真的好差，千萬不能定，酒店別聯繫我，我不會刪除評論，如果有人看了我的評論避雷了，也算我做了好事了。

差！避雷！一個全季酒店，公廁都沒有，房間小，設施老舊，門鎖還是拉鍊式的，洗手枱設在馬桶上面衹能站進半條腿身子還不能直着那種，房間有股很重的煙味，本來想算了，提前退房回去取行李，廁所不讓上，走了十分鐘找了個公廁，這就是這家全季酒店的服務！
