從北京來杭州旅行，孩子特意來看奧體中心的演唱會，選了離場館最近的這家希爾頓歡朋酒店，出了7號地鐵站奧體中心D5出口後過了馬路就到了，簡直太方便了👍👍👍
前台工作人員服務主動熱情，我們住的是1209房間，窗外就是大蓮花和小蓮花，還有杭州世紀中心，視野也太棒了👏👏👏
房間寬敞明亮，衞生間乾濕分離，住的特別滿意🌹🌹🌹
早餐廳在4層，品種很豐富，水果、熟食、蛋糕、飲料、炒菜、湯品、主食做的都很美味。
有機會來杭州的話，還會選擇這家酒店的，祝生意興隆👏👏👏

連住了5晚，入住當天由於杭州暴雨航空管控已經凌晨，前台工作人員依然精神抖擻忙碌着迎接住客，每天負責打掃衞生的服務人員很勤快，有求必應。期間消防煙感誤觸發，工程部上門也超級快。外賣會有機器人送，高峯時間還會人工送達，非常感謝！離大蓮花近在咫尺，夜景非常漂亮！

過來看陶喆演唱會的，窗外就是大蓮花，超級方便，早餐到11點結束，很好的照顧到我們這些看演唱會的住客👍，而且可以兩點退房這點也很滿意，酒店大堂環境也很不錯，有免費的水果以及瓶裝水，總之大蓮花看演唱會的首選酒店沒錯了😊。

酒店離地鐵站很近，陪孩子來杭州看陶喆演唱會的，大蓮花奧體中心就在酒店對面，房間裏就能看到，房間裏拍到的奧體中心非常漂亮！應援的蓮荷裏也很近，孩子走去換物料也方便，換好了直接從那邊的入口進場，最令人驚喜的是演唱會結束後的出口對面就是酒店，太方便了。至今為止看演唱會最方便的就是這家酒店了。酒店大堂有免費的飲料和水果點心，非常貼心。

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. When front desk staff, Dawn, knew I had a late night flight, she made arrangements for me to check out late. Great attitude and responsiveness to the needs of customers. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location right by the Olympic stadium. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had issues with WiFi and had to use my data. The window view was gorgeous, but the window was too dirty from the outside, so the pictures didn't look as good as they could. Overall, my stay there was really nice!
