酒店很新，房間環境很乾凈整潔，服務態度很好，我們之前定的房型太小了，前台還很貼心幫我們升級了房間。很喜歡。下次還會來的

不是全新的全季配置，該重新裝修了，也沒有智能系統，馬桶也沒更新，全季的茶具早就更新了，還用的是老版本。

2023年12月28日-30日入住全季錢潮店，很是失望。
事情經過如下
29號一早我們出行，中午回來過一次發現已經被打掃，稍做整頓大概2點多就再次出發了。晚上9點前後回到酒店，洗漱完掀開被子，發現靠枕頭部分的床單上有大片物資（如圖和視頻）。
我們立即拍下視頻並打電話至前台要求更換床品。因為時間太晚第二天一早要在這個酒店集合出門，衹能將就一晚。前台告知該酒店的衞生為外包第三方，第三方夜間無人服務，要求我們自己更換。。。最後是前台領班來更換了，而且衹更換了床單。
隨後便送來果盤，並提出升級我華住會會員的補償方案，我們並不能接受這樣草率的處理方式，我們要求是退該晚房費，至於過敏或其他事情就不予追責了。
酒店經理加了我們微信説會溝通補償方案，一直無果；直到我們剛剛辦完退房離開酒店，便馬上收到了經理的微信，內容為拒絕退款，不承認該污漬為酒店所致，懷疑為我們弄臟的，再之後便拒絕溝通了。
這麼大一片污漬，如果是我們自己弄得，為什麼床單下的褥子和床墊沒有浸濕和玷污？再説，如果是我們弄得，床單被褥能這麼整齊麼？我們又不是幹保潔的～大家都是體面人，大過年關的，我們也沒必要為了300不到的房費跟你們整這個小99。。。
＊＊這裏我要説一下，自2017年我一直是華住的最高級會員，過往入住的全季衞生皆為自己員工服務，且無論多晚都有人會負責。如因控制成本採用外包我可以理解，但不能因為這樣而降低了服務標準和客户的權益。
入住的兩天我的愛人皮膚裸露區域產生過敏（我們有穿自己睡衣的習慣），購買了一次性床品更換後，過敏消失。套一次性床品的時候，我們仔細觀察了枕頭和其他床品，上面有很多細小的黑色絨毛。。。

房間衞生比較差，櫃子部分都沒有打掃，衣服放在上面都是灰。房間隔音太差了，隔壁聊天到晚上2點鐘，一字一句都聽得清清楚楚，連關掉開關按鈕都聽清楚。而且我們已經是升級加錢後的商務大床房。總之入住體驗不好！
