The hotel is nice, clean and convenient . It is close to High Speed Rail and 40min drive from Airport.

Hotel was without slippers and toothbrush , I think all guests needs them,other things was prefect.

They took a 1,000rmb security deposit when I arrived. After I checked out they refunded my stay. I stayed the night and paid for the room. According to their system, I was never a guest. They stole the security deposit. They refunded the stay that was roughly 400rmb but kept the 1,000rmb deposit. Despicable business practices too commonly used to prey on foreign guest.

第一次入住酒店。大堂很大很氣派。一進房間就有很濃的味道。應該是地毯的黴味。工作人員服務很好，馬上換房間。可是都有味道。最後給我換到行政房。這個待遇是高了。關鍵有味道還不開窗通風。裝修時間很長了…地毯就發黴了。實在對身體健康不利。不敢再住。但是服務真的不錯。為服務點贊

衞生：有待提高，房間角落有灰塵
設施：很好，有游泳池和健身房，乒乓室和桌球室收費。游泳池有點冷了，温度需要高一點
早餐：偏中式，西式餐點很少。中式餐點很豐富，豆腐花和飯糰好評

一進房間有味道，第一感覺不太好。放下行李準備坐下休息一會發現這根毛髮瞬間感到噁心🤢，然後發現杯子也是臟的，洗手間枱子上也沒有擦，因為到酒店就已經過十二點了，太累了就沒有換房間，我打電話給前台讓他們派保潔給我換了床單被罩……。打掃衞生的人看了都不好意思，説一定會給經理好好反饋，要大家都重視清潔把房間打掃乾淨。
