Grand New Century Hotel Hangzhou

Every time I come to Hangzhou to visit my son who is studying in college, I will stay in this hotel. First, the distance is short, and the drive takes only a few minutes; second, the hotel environment, facilities, services and many other aspects satisfy me. Last weekend, I came to see my son with his grandmother, mother and aunt, and stayed in this hotel again, but there was a little problem. It was already past noon when I checked in, and the front desk said that the rooms were full, and the rooms that were checked out were still being cleaned, and it was not sure when they would be cleaned. We sat on the sofa in the lobby for a while, and were about to drive out for a walk. A person who seemed to be in charge told us that we could get a room card for a room first. After checking in, I found that the air conditioner would not cool down. After reporting it, the reply was that the central air conditioner was being debugged. Later, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to get a floor fan. After checking out yesterday morning, my mother said that the shower room in her room was leaking seriously, and the bathroom floor was full of water. I was not very satisfied with this stay, and I hope I won't be disappointed again next time.
