I had an excellent stay here - the hostess was friendly and everything exceeded my expectations. Would especially recommend for solo travelers.

I had a perfect experience here! Every one was so sweet and made it feel like home. They stored my luggage after check out and even gave me water and tissues immediately after seeing I walked in sweaty. Great location close to Xi Lake, would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Hangzhou!

I was able to speak some Chinese so my experience will be a little bit different, but overall the accommodations were much cleaner than I thought they was going to be. The rooftop balcony was also a wonderful place to fit swing and do a little bit of work in a quiet place with a nice breeze. Also the front desk service was really great as soon as I added their WeChat they sent recommendations for Western Restaurants and doesn't hesitate to tell me how to get to Westlake. Overall it would definitely recommend!

Nice and clean hotel in a more secluded and less busy area. Recommended for those who would prefer to have a more quieter night. It was very chill and relaxing. The receptionist and staffs were nice as well, they even helped us store our luggages since we came early. Very nice experience overall.

The perfect place to stay in Hangzhou. The rooms are clean, comfortable, stylish, and the view is so relaxing! The location is very central, but still surrounded by nature. West Lake and the botanical garden are just a 15-minute walk away. Zhejiang University is also nearby. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and enjoy sharing their knowledge and appreciation of tea!

The Deluxe suite was great, very very spacious. Much better than the smaller rooms I saw above. Reception only speaks Mandarin. No lift for luggages. Charges extra for drinks.

It is very nice and clean! “ah yi” (the host) was very friendly and quick to recommend actual nice local restaurants and spots for us to visit! The stay was great, cozy and we really felt like home! Would definitely come again!
P.s. just to note if u have bad knees prepare yourself to climb stairs here hahaha🥹overall for us it was one of our best stays!
