出門口馬路對面就是西湖，太方便了 房間乾淨舒適，不錯的一次旅行

地裏位置非常好 ，在斷橋邊上，大隱於市的民宿，房間裏乾淨舒服，服務員熱心周到，房卡忘記鎖房間裏了，前台小姑娘幫助打開房門，還熱心的教我們消毒茶具怎樣用，感覺親切，下次到杭州，還會住在這裏

位置非常好約莫在一層樓的階梯上，記得可請前台幫忙扛行李，一出住宿門前就是斷橋殘雪，可位置屬車輛管制區故無法直接打滴，要拖著行李走很長一段，這部分要納入考量點，房間內細節整理的不夠仔細，前台服務人員尚缺靈敏。但西湖真的很美 地點來說很值得，可是扛行李真的會很累(Ｔ▽Ｔ)

房間很乾凈，出門就是西湖，離斷橋很近，夜景很美，老闆還給小朋友分享了幾顆草莓🍓在房間點的外賣，送到門口，吃着杭州特色美食，看着春晚，這個除夕夜很難忘

服務：前台小哥很耐心，接待很快很周到
設施：網絡好像不是很快，進房間後信號衹剩一格，親子房因為是 loft 結構，下層冷空氣比較難暖和起來，所以衞生間會有點冷，要是有個風暖設施就好了，不然洗澡會有點冷
衞生：床鋪很整潔，茶壺有點綉咯需要更換了
環境：酒店位置很好👍出門就是北山街，斷橋，衹是因為這附近交通管制，不車輛不能靠邊停，包括公交車，所以大家要在附近能下車的地方走過來，也還蠻方便
