首先是服務，可以説多虧男士才獲得星星，不然就是0分，辦理入住的兩位女士，想盡辦法推銷，不辦卡後態度轉變之快我都沒反應過來了，太可怕了。而且故意安排尾房，提出要求後才進行更改。另外服務的男士態度很好，熱情開了發票，主動提出贈送優惠券，同時辦理入住的女士在一旁瘋狂使眼色，真服了。接著説衞生，牆上都是什麼呀，噁心死了，因為出差就住一天不想折騰了。另外房間隔音相當之糟糕，靠近馬路旁邊有汽修店鋪，所以早上會很吵，總之下次出差不會太來這邊住宿

房間窗户的隔音非常非常差，就算馬路上的電瓶車開過的聲音都很響，沒起來看的時候還以為是大貨車開過，吵得一晚上沒睡好，耳朵塞紙團的方法也用了，還是時不時的能聽到轟轟轟的聲音，不得不感歎 杭州人民真辛苦啊，一天忙到晚，從黑天到白天，汽車 電瓶車開過的聲音，忙忙碌碌；四點還有馬路上的説話聲，清清楚楚…

很好的一次入住體驗，因為出差臨時選的一家酒店，衹想要乾淨就行，沒想到體驗感超好，前台服務態度也是好的沒話説，因為飛機是下午6點，前台還特意給延遲退房到兩點半，贊贊贊
