This hotel is very good and comfortable. The attitude of the front desk and the manager are very good. The location is even better. It is right next to Tianjie. I am an old customer and have stayed here several times. I like it very much and will stay here again next time.

Because it is close, I often choose their house. I have stayed there at least a dozen times. So I would turn a blind eye to any shortcomings when I checked in. This time, I checked in at around 9 o'clock, and I felt itchy not long after I went to bed at 10 o'clock. At first I didn't take it seriously, and then I felt itchy all over my body at around 12 o'clock. In the meantime, I took a shower, didn't go anywhere, didn't eat, and just lay in bed, so I was very worried. Suspecting it was a problem with the sheets, I went to the front desk to request a room change. When the front desk opened my sheets and saw multiple red spots on my body, they even asked me to pay for the replacement and cleaning fees. I haven't even asked your hotel to compensate me for the body damage caused by the allergy. The customer didn't make a big deal out of it and just asked for a room change. You hotel should be happy about it. Who would go through the trouble of changing rooms in the middle of the night? Please train more front desk staff like this! The person who agreed to change the room should be the boss or the store manager. The front desk and the boss didn't even apologize. I will not stay here again. I wish you a prosperous business. The environment is terrible, and the smell is very strong. The service quality is poor, and the temper is quite bad. The late check-out privilege I booked was not available, and the facilities in the room were broken. I contacted the front desk and they just said that it was like that and left.

At first I thought the room was ok, but later I found it was small and a small desk was not enough to put my luggage. Most importantly, the hygiene was worrisome, it was not cleaned properly and there was dust and hair everywhere. Breakfast was late and almost gone. The service attitude is ok.
