The Hotel is quite near to the Hangzhou East Station so it's quite convenient. Its located in the suburban area, so there are many small restaurants in the area. There is also a mini market in the other side of the hotel. The Hotel room is quite big and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Room amenities was standard Novotel. Check in and out was quick.

The location of the hotel is slightly remoted from major business centre. However, the location is still easily accessible by subway and taxi. The hotel is part of the residential project of the area, thus there are some F&B outlets nearby. The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and tidy.

The hotel has great GYM hall (it's more small fitness center than hotel gym)/ The fromt desk staff is supportive (especially Xiaowu and Xiaoluo from frent desk) as weel as cleaning staff. Location quite reote but if just stay for work than it's ok.

Although a bit remote from the city, it is quite close by to the subway station. Close by to Railway Station East too.

A solid 3-star hotel. Room was older and didn't seem clean. Absolutely no English, so I wouldn't recommend for foreigners unless you speak Chinese. Breakfast was more continental than buffet. Average 3-star.

big clean room, I request non smoking room, but when I check in is smoking room,
so I request to change the room.
It will be better if the hotel separate the smoking floor and non- smoking floor

Due the hotel location are not convenient for our trip
Hotel facility are nice and room are clean
Lobby smell of smock and reception not able to speak any English at all
