The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap. Draps and blanket of the bed made my skin irritated a bit.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room. Swimming pool and sauna are nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
Tried to book again in June 2022 but was informed it is now a quarantine hotel and not taking bookings even though it is still listed on Trip.
