The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient, close to major attractions. The breakfast was a nice addition, offering a decent selection of food. When checking in at the front desk, the staff's service is very good. They will ask whether you need to be close to the community or the road, and will ask about your personal preference.
There was no peculiar smell in the room after checking in. We chose the one on the road side. The room was relatively large. There was almost no noise when the windows were closed. The curtains were very light-blocking, so you would not be woken up by the light in the morning.
The facilities in the room are relatively complete. However, the landline phone in our room was out of power and the line was still disconnected. We could not contact the front desk. This was not checked in place.
The cleaning aunt will come in every day to clean, and she will also choose the cleaning time according to personal needs. The aunt is also smiling and has a good attitude.
A good hotel environment will bring better enjoyment to the journey. This experience was good and brought a good experience to this trip to Hangzhou. I didn’t take photos of the interior of the hotel, so I’ll post a few photos taken while out and about.
