Room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. One day cleaning lady came but second day she didn’t until we took toilet paper from the stroller. During changing towels she took two and gave us back one. For the last day the Wi-fi was also not working. Also metro is 20 minutes from hotel.

The staff was very helpful, we were offered water everyday and our room was cleaned consistently, the bathroom was very nice and the television worked well, lots of space to put your luggage and belongings. Negatives were that there was no fridge and there was a constant bad smell (like diapers) coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Even with the windows open the smell still stayed and welcomed us when we came back to our room. The price a night was good, would recommend if you want to stay in this area of Hangzhou.

There are flies flying in the room, yellow stains on the sheets, the shower facilities are not sealed, the slippers are recycled, the walls are dirty, the lighting facilities are simple, the hotel is fragmented, Building 1 and Building 2/3 are not of the same level at all, there is a strange smell in Building 2, the experience is extremely bad, I will not come again👎
