前台接待人員極為熱情且服務周到，環境衞生狀況極佳，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪極為舒適，各項設施均屬上乘。酒店距離西湖夜市僅需步行15分鐘即可到達，周邊小吃林立，交通極為便利。價格親民，下次來杭州旅遊時，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這家酒店。我強烈推薦這家酒店作為住宿之選！

隔應差隔壁説話都能聽見，房間很小，行李箱沒地方，馬桶邊都放不了垃圾桶，放在洗漱台下。也沒有桌子，點外賣很不方便吃。床也是板子搭的，一動就有聲音，躺在床上就一直聞到一股臭腳味，找不到在哪。酒店衹有一次性拖鞋，沒有塑料拖鞋，洗腳洗澡都不方便，牙刷也是二次利用的。

和同事來浙江杭州出差，住了非常好的酒店，價格實惠，前台服務非常好，熱情，房間很大，新裝修，乾淨衞生，衞生間裝修的也很好，公交地鐵方便出行，離西湖很近，走過斷橋，雷峯塔，挺好的，下次來杭州還會繼續住這家店，也推薦給大家

哇哇哇…超級贊 新裝修酒店 衞生乾淨整潔 房間大 床很舒適 設施很好 離西湖夜市步行15分鐘就到了 前台服務員也很熱情 還為我們推薦西湖遊玩路線 周邊小吃店也很多 步行武林門地鐵站2號線3號線5-6分左右就到了 價格實惠下次來杭州玩還會選擇這家酒店 來旅遊西湖玩可以推薦

位置很好，就在武林門機場大巴旁邊，但是真的太吵，凌晨3點半到的，早上8點多隔壁就開始電鑽了，沒辦法睡覺🥹。還有洗臉池真的太難受了，洗個臉全身都弄濕，哪個牙刷紙巾一下子就掉地上了。很逼仄

第一次自己一人來杭州旅遊，訂了連鎖酒店如家兩晚，酒店前台很親切，房間很乾淨也很新，位於地鐵站附近，機能很好，對如家酒店的印象很好

很吵，窗外空調的聲音，貓叫的聲音。
衞生間漏水，不嚴重，應該是馬桶漏水。
訂的時候看是2024裝修，確實是的，2024年盤下了之前的七天，換了個門牌，算是重新裝修了，這不是欺騙？
被子極薄。是我貪便宜了，畢竟不是疫情期間了。住能住，位置也極方便就在杭州劇院旁邊，吃的也多。
